Virtual Group Photo – COVID-19 April 2020
In late 2019, the world became aware of a new strain of flu that originated in Whuhan in China named COVID-19. At first the world was slow to respond but within weeks it became apparent that we were dealing with a global pandemic. Governments soon closed borders to foreign travellers and began stepping up their response to the crisis. By March 2020, most of the world was in various stated of self isolation and forbidden to have contact even with close family groups. Life for many was reduced to living in a bubble.
So, if we can’t be together as an extended family group, we can still get together virtually. This is a compilation of images of us in April 2020.
