Arid
Arid is a visual exploration of dry and barren landscapes—sculpted over millennia by sun, wind, and time. These are places where the elements dominate, where water is scarce, and where survival demands quiet resilience.
Amid the cracked earth and wind-carved rock, signs of life persist. Scrub plants, gnarled trees, and solitary birds and insects have adapted to exist on the edge, each shaped by the environment they inhabit. Their presence, though sparse, speaks volumes—testament to nature’s ingenuity and endurance.
In this series, absence and presence are held in delicate balance. The land may appear empty at first glance, but look closer and you’ll find a silent richness—a raw beauty in survival, simplicity, and the slow, patient work of time.
